Fishing provides an important source of income and employment in the South west of England. The Waterdance fleet has 120 active fishermen operating from our main ports of activity including Brixham, Newlyn, Salcombe and Exmouth. In addition, we have 15 shore based employees including engineers, administrators and managers. Our fishing activity provides important employment for other local businesses such as at the fish markets, fish processors, exporters, maritime engineers and net makers. Details of our skippers and crew can be found on our fleet webpages and some key shore-based staff profiles are given below.
